ChatGPT Timestamp Extension

Adds local date and time stamps to every ChatGPT message and persists them across browser restarts.

Development

1. Clone this repository.
2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome.
3. Enable Developer mode.
4. Click Load unpacked and select the chatgpt-timestamp folder.

Usage

Click the toolbar icon to toggle timestamps on or off. The icon turns green when active.

Build

No build step is required – all files are vanilla JavaScript.
